Develop a continental HCD strategy to clarify the common challenges and offer adequate support. This strategy will also build the tools to monitor the performance across the continent with granular HCD indices (global and gender-specific)
Launch the publication of an annual HCD report and develop an HCD dashboard to allow continuous evaluation of the progress and offer transparency to relevant stakeholders
Support two African countries from each region in the definition and deployment of their HCD strategy to ensure that the efforts put at a continental level translate on the ground into actions at a country level.
